Email dev@avanturesoftware.com for support. Include your Android version, Claqio version, and whether you are using free or premium. Do not send your calculator sequence, recovery key, or decrypted private files.

Restore and recovery

Claqio cannot recover your calculator sequence or recovery key. To restore an encrypted Android backup, install Claqio, choose Restore Encrypted Backup, and enter your backup recovery key.

Premium restore

Use Restore Purchase in the app while signed into the Google Play account used for purchase. Premium is cached for offline use after Google Play confirms it.

Ads

Free Private Space shows interstitial ads after the first 20 successful entries. Premium removes ads. Report inappropriate ads with screenshots and approximate time if safe to do so.
